Connect to Your In Demand Email Account

1. Add a new email account to your computer/device:
   • On a laptop or desktop mac, open Mac Mail, go to the MAIL menu and choose Add account...
   • On an iPhone (iOS 11), open Settings, select Accounts & Passwords and then select Add Account (near the bottom).
   • On Android phones, first buy an iPhone, and then follow the instructions above. (I jest - just find the bit where you add a new email account)
2. Choose to add a new Exchange account
3. If Exchange is unavailable, use IMAP
4. Enter information:
   • Email (required):   usually something like <first-name>@indemandradio.com
   • Password (required):   your password will be provided to you.
   • Name (Optional):   your full name. Usually <first-name> <last-name>
   • Description (Optional):   a name for this account which only you will see
5. Depending on your device, you might have a few options:
   • Mac Mail - will probably ask you to Select the apps you want to use with this account Usually you should just select everything and click Done and everything should work! You can ignore the rest of these instructions
   • An iPhone might ask to you to Sign In or Configure Manually Choose Sign in
6. If your device needs more information, use these details:
   • Server (on mobile): mobile.mail.eu-west-1.awsapps.com
   • Server (on desktop or imap setup): imap.mail.eu-west-1.awsapps.com
   • Domain: leave empty
   • Username: enter your full email address, eg <first-name>@indemandmusic.com
   • SMTP Server: smtp.mail.eu-west-1.awsapps.com

2. • Username:    your first name and your last name together - <first-name><last-name>
   • Password: your password
